Terms and Conditions of Use

Sebastian Williams welcomes you to this and associated websites. These are his terms and conditions for use of the information available here for the sale of his own and associates' listed books and the acceptance of orders for items, services and collaboration assignments. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access these and associated webpages.
In these Terms and Conditions:
By using this network in any way or making a purchase order from this or associated websites or entering into a service arrangement with Sebastian or any of his herein listed associates, you are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions.
Some areas of this and related websites require registration. By completing the initial registration form and by entering your email address and password, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Also, by subscribing to any of the email services that are now - or that might become from time to time - available, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Before registering or ordering or becoming involved in any way you should read Sebastian's privacy policy.
If you register and subsequently change your details, you should immediately notify Sebastian of the changes by emailing him at info@sebastian-williams.com providing details of your previous registration and the modifications required.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions that might be made from time to time will be reflected on this page.
1. Registration:
When you register for membership to any area of this or associated websites, you are registering as a personal user of what is available. You must provide a genuine e-mail address and name; A login name and password will be sent to you after your registration has been accepted. Each time you wish to access the password restricted sections you must login with that login name and the unique password that will be allocated to you.
This registration is for your own personal use only and the login name and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the restricted areas. As such you will not do anything that would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any of these password restricted areas of this or associated websites. Furthermore: You will not maliciously create additional registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the sites, or other users; nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
If, for any reason, it is believed that you have not complied with any of these requirements, your access to the password restricted areas of this and all associated websites may - at Sebastian's sole discretion - be immediately terminated and without giving you any advance notice.
2. Termination of registration:
If you wish to terminate your registration at any time you must send an e-mail to info@sebastian-williams.com 'Cancel Registration' as a subject line. Your registration will then be canceled after a receipt for an e-mail that will be sent to the address you provided on registration has been acknowledged from that address.
3. Use of or purchase of services or items available on this and associated websites:
For the purposes of this agreement the "services and items" means books in any format, video clips and films, graphics and sound files, artworks, Ghost writing, Editing, Advertising, Co-Authoring, Design work, Publishing assistance and any other services or items that might become available from time to time.
If you download anything that is offered at no cost, or sold to you, from this or any associated website, you must remember that it is copyrighted material and for your personal use ONLY. You may NOT - with the exception of authorised banners and links - make copies or use it for any commercial reason without first obtaining prior written permission from Sebastian Williams or the copyright owner. You must not reproduce any part of such material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of it in any other form, without first obtaining the written permission of Sebastian Williams or the copyright owner.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks:
Once an order for any service or item advertised on this or any of the associated websites has been placed it will be deemed a genuine purchase order and once payment has been received, or a charge against the purchaser's credit or debit card has been verified, the service or item will be provided or dispatched as agreed or advertised. All reasonable effort will be made to ensure that dispatch of an item to be sent or service to be provided is expedient and that the purchaser receives what has been ordered. After dispatch of an item or initiation of a service has been effected there can be no cancellations and no chargebacks will be considered. In respect to 'Evaluation Fees' relating to some service offers: unless otherwise stated these are Non-refundable service charges that cover initial time spent evaluating the relevant assignment for acceptability and no chargebacks or refunds can be considered.
5. Disclaimer of liability:
To the extent permitted at law, neither Sebastian Williams, nor any of his associate webmasters, will accept any responsibility for the accuracy of any statement that might appear in any of the available material other than that which they have personally created and provided... For the avoidance of confusion that means: said persons not will be liable in any respect or manner for any loss suffered by or claim of any description made against any registered member or viewer of material accessible on or via this or associated websites. The onus of accepting or determining accuracy or otherwise is entirely the responsibility of the user if any of the available material is to be distributed - with permission or otherwise - to others.
You can access other websites - not under the control of Sebastian Williams or his associates - via links from this and associated websites, but, though all efforts are made to try to ensure safe and decent content prior to accepting and hosting links, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

Visitors must take their own precautions.
6. Third party material on this and associated websites:
Neither Sebastian Williams nor any of his associate webmasters can be held responsible or liable in any way for the content of advertising material that is submitted by third party promoters. This includes its compliance with relevant laws prevalent within the domicile territory of the user or the advertiser.
7. Submitting graphical material and photography for publication on this and associated websites:
Interactions with this and associated websites are governed by these Terms & Conditions. You will be deemed to consent to these guidelines if you choose to post any content or comments to the forums or other interactive channels that are presently or might become available.
Photographs, video & audio clips, text, graphics etc that have not been created by, or are not owned by you may not be submitted for inclusion in any aspect of this or associated websites without your first having obtained the permission of, or are authorised by, the copyright owner. Any breach of this condition is at the sole risk of the user.
At the sole discretion of Sebastian Williams, or webmasters of his associated websites, any graphics, photos, video or audio clips or other material may be cut, edited, cropped or arranged as they deem appropriate and any content initially accepted for
inclusion may be removed at any time if deemed prudent, and without notice to the provider.
8. Submitting text for publication on this or associated websites:
Users of this and associated websites may submit text material for publication in certain areas, including the Forums and Bulletin Boards. To do so requires prior membership registration and the user is solely responsible for the content. Inappropriate content will be removed and repeated violation of the site etiquette will result in the membership being terminated without notice.
By virtue of submitting material for inclusion in any area of this or associated websites you grant Sebastian Williams and his associate webmasters a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish any material you submit in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format.
You will not post any comment or other material that is deliberately intended to upset or offend other users.
You acknowledge, by virtue of your use of this or associated websites, that you agree to indemnify Sebastian Williams and his associated webmasters in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage that might be sought from third parties as a direct result of any material that you submit to this or associated websites for publication.
Sebastian Williams and his associate webmasters reserve the right to remove your access to individual services, or from the websites completely, if it is believed that you are abusing the privilege of access in any way.

These Terms & Conditions may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review this page from time to time as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use this or associated websites after it has been posted. 11. Force majeure:
Although Sebastian and his associate webmasters will do their best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to their websites, no guarantee that this access will never be disrupted and they accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption to the service.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by Canadian law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
